With over 20 years of experience in driving digital transformation initiatives across the private, public and nonprofit sectors, Anita Huang Teshima founded ALZN Consulting Inc. in 2023 with the goal of using her extensive digital transformation skills and experiences, in a "tech for good" capacity, to serve our communities and deliver outcomes that simplify lives.
Anita is an award-winning digital transformation professional and consultant dedicated to advancing technology for social good. A purpose-driven leader and trusted advisor, she combines business acumen, agile principles, and servant leadership to help organizations, especially nonprofits and social impact teams, navigate digital transformation, strengthen AI literacy and governance, and adopt AI thoughtfully, responsibly, and effectively.
Anita partners with organizations to design and build inclusive, equitable, and people-centred digital services and solutions. A lifelong learner who values diverse perspectives, Anita is committed to helping organizations achieve innovative, impactful, and sustainable outcomes.
She also serves on the Board of Directors for Lifelong Learning Canada and mentors emerging digital leaders with NTEN, the Nonprofit Technology Enterprise Network.
